Good nutrition is for everyone!
Eating healthy is not as hard as people think it may be. Especially if one looks at food not just as an energy source that one needs to survive. Being healthy also means eating a variety of foods, eating balanced meals and adequate amounts. Eating healthy also mean consuming seasonal and regional foods, even if most foods are available all year round.
The German Nutrition Association, "Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung" recommends 10 rules for maintaining healthy nutrition. These rules should not be seen as strict guide- lines that one must follow, instead as tips that make eating fun and tasty.
Listed below are a few tips that the German Nutrition Association recommends and which are easy to incorporate in your life:

When purchasing foods look at the fat content ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
