The Customer Center is a good starting point for sightseeing tours or a great place to end your day.
The Swabian Alb is an exciting place for explorers and sightseers because of the numerous castles and caves in the area and the beautiful surrounding nature. The ALB-GOLD Customer Center is a great point of departure for hikers, bicycling tours and rollerblading. There are several paths that lead to magnificent castles like Schloss Lichtenstein and Schloss Hohenzollern, also to caves such as Bärenhöhle and Nebelhöhle, as well as a nice summer toboggan run for the entire family to enjoy.

We have created eight different tours for you to explore. Each trail starts out at the ALB-GOLD Customer Center. You can find this map in our lobby, in our Country Store and on our online shop.

The Swabian Alb offers several cross-country skiing
trails and ski-lifts in the wintertime.
