exhibition space in April 2009.

Find out all about the origin and quality of raw materials used in the manufacture of our pasta. From cultivation over to transport through to the processing itself.

Straight over your heads you will discover a glass-
grain-channel - it hurtles grain directly from the stor-
age silo over to the production unit.
You will experience more about the historical develop-
ment of the pasta-making equipment. From Grand-
mother's "Spaetzle Board" over to the computer-con-
trolled pasta-making facility.

You'll be surprised by the amount of pasta-dies, they
give our pasta all those different unusual shapes.

A unique highlight is the walk in Makkaroni pasta shape with it's countless portholes. Set in an exciting
and eye-popping setting these recite the huge ALB-
GOLD pasta assortment in a clear and graphic way.

A place that will certainly get a Pasta Lover's heart beating.
