Acquisition of the company "Zahner Traiteur" – a specialist
in fresh pasta production
2007
Extension of the pasta varieties and full comittment to use non-gmo modified raw ingredients
2005
Opening of a 2 hectar garden and adventure area to learn
about local plants and herbs
2004

Opening of a new Spatzle production line with a focus on using
the original spelt grain as an ingredient

2002
Opening of the newly built ALB-GOLD customer centre as a
state of the art facility for pasta lovers to learn more about
pasta production
2001
Acquisition of the pasta producers "BECHTLE" based in
South Germany
2000
Completion of the restructuring programmes in line with the highest international food standards:
DIN ISO 9001, IFS (International Food Standard V4 = Higher Level), EU-Bio, Demeter, Bioland und NOP (National Organic Program USA)
1999
Major investments into new restructuring production techno-
logies and pasta storage facilieties.
